Returns must be postmarked and scanned by the carrier as “returned” within 15 days of delivery, as confirmed by the original tracking information.

Once a return is received, it will be inspected before a refund is approved. Refunds are initiated only after the returned item has passed inspection and is confirmed to be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Returned items must be packaged thoroughly and securely to prevent damage during transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring returned items arrive safely.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking for all returns. The customer assumes responsibility for the return shipment, and Avalon Artisan Co. is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
